We collect personal information necessary to offer, configure, and maintain your StageSnap account. This includes your name, email address, password matrices (fully salted and hashed), and payment gateway receipts (handled exclusively via secure PCI-compliant processors).

Additionally, we store room photos that you voluntarily upload to our platform, along with their generated virtually staged outputs. This dynamic image data is hosted securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Supabase Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).

Your data is exclusively processed to deliver the highest quality virtual staging experience. Specifically, we utilize your data to:

• Facilitate rapid 30-second generative AI rendering queues inside `/playground`.
• Securely log, catalog, and display your personalized generations history panel.
• Send transactional verification links, password recovery forms, and administrative alerts.
• Analyze system performance metrics to improve the photorealism and scaling of our AI textures.

All dynamic files (uploaded raw rooms and staged interior renderings) are hosted securely inside dedicated Supabase storage vaults. We apply bulletproof Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that your staging photo folders are private and fully inaccessible to other public system queries.

To provide smooth rendering speeds worldwide, we deliver assets using CDN edge caches. Staged property photos will not be utilized for model pre-training or public showcases without your explicit, voluntary sign-off.

You retain complete ownership over your uploaded assets. You can review, download, or permanently delete your virtual staging history, account profiles, and uploaded images directly from the StageSnap dashboard at any time.
